At Valley Flowers, every piece is made to order with care. Because each item is created specifically for your order, our return policy is designed to protect both the quality of our products and the integrity of our small business.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Incorrect size selection

    •    Change of mind

    •    Fit or preference issues

    •    Gift returns

Please review all sizing charts before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, contact us and we will help file a claim and assist with next steps based on the carrier’s findings.

Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
